Are the Eagle HT grey tanks connected?

Hi All,
I just upgraded to an Eagle HT 284BHOK. This is the first trailer I’ve owned with 2 grey tanks. I figured out that the kitchen sink is on the front grey handle and everything else goes to the rear handle. Does anyone know if I fill a tank will it then overflow to the other tank?

Our whitehawk is configured with two tanks and they are not connected. Except that I can open the two valves into the drain and they will level out. Close again and you are good. But there's that water in the drain when you remove the cap to dump. Would be nice to have a third valve in line with the dump tube to allow that. Hmmm - upgrade time.
