Awning and slide out won’t work

Hey all,
We just brought our new 2021 Jayco Jayfeather 24BH home. We parked the unit on the driveway and were trying things out. I tried just on the battery and also shore power to put the slide out and awning out. Nothing happens, no sounds or anything. Am I missing something like a switch? I have tried using the app on my phone and the Jayco command screen.

Slide and awning are 12 volts. Battery charged and hooked up?

It might be the 30 amp fuse coming off the battery. My rig showed the same symptoms when mine blew. Fortunately, I carry an assortment of of fusses, so (once I found a post on the good ol' JOF about it) I was us and running in no time!

-can turn on ceiling lights in bedroom and main living area
-microwave has power
-awning light has power
-recliners have power

What I have done so far:

-battery is 13.5volts
-all fuses and breakers have been checked visually and with volt meter and are okay
-water pump can be heard running
-we also have household shore power connected to the unit

I have checked the wiring coming form the battery and I have not come across a fuse as of yet.

Faulty ground or 12v supply to slide and awning. Study the fuses to see if the slide and awning share a fuse.
