BMPro login

My screen on the BMPro is asking for a pin. I’ve never set a pin up. Is there a default pin I can enter to get the system to “open?”

if you have hard button on the bottom of the bezel...scroll to "OF"...then press "EXT"....let the tablet power down. after a couple of minutes press 1 and the tablet should restart. Let it start for a couple of minutes and see what you have then.

Thanks for the suggestion, however I tried that and the pin request still appears.

I don't know if this will help, found it online

Whatever method is used to set up a lock screen, intentional or not, BMPRO has NO ability to bypass, reset, recover, or default a password, pin code, or swipe pattern. You can try the following: You can log in to your Google account on a computer and remove the pin or swipe code.

Is it a tablet pin it wants? or a BMPro app pin? If it's the BmPro app pin ...delete app and re-install the app.

Thank you. I also saw that. I didn’t find it in my google account. I don’t believe it has anything to do with signing into google. It has something to do with the tablet itself. A screen appears asking “To start enter android pin.” Never saw this before.

I did try that, as well as several other combos to no avail. I’ll try the google route, thanks!
