Convenience Center Winterization vs Sanitation Valve Settings

Question of curiosity mostly. My 274CKDS convenience center has valve lever depictions for winterization and sanitation. Both of these settings use the same hose input location, but the valve positions are different.
I have used the winterization setting and get the results I expected and desired. I have not used the sanitation setting. (I have still filled the FW tank with treated water and ran that water through the plumbing to sanitize lines and tank.)
Anyone know what the sanitation setting is supposed to do? What is different from the winterization setting?

Thanks

Edit: Found what I needed. It looks like my rig has a B&B Nautilus 2.5 convenience center panel. They have a good selection of manuals and instructions on their web site.

Winterization, allows the pump to suck the RV antifreeze into the piping, and bypass FW tank.

Sanitize mode, allows the pump to suck a jug of concentrated sanitization fluid, and directs the fluid into the FW tank. Where you can top the FW tank off, and then use the pump to fill the FW plumbing to distribute the solution throughout the piping system.
