Cover for Top Only

Hey there fellow Jayco trailer owners. I was wondering if any of you know where I can get a trailer cover that only covers the top part of the trailer.

Let me explain my situation. I have a 2018 32BHDS that is in near-mint condition (bought in the summer). We had water issues when we first bought it that were not the result of a leak, but rather an issue with the hot water tank (the outflow valve cracked). However, even though the amount of damage from that issue was very small, it made my wife and I truly understand how much damage even a very small amount of water can cause.

Our trailer is stored year-round at our recreational property in the PNW, where it rains a lot (and snows on and off from December through to March). We have an RV cover, but you must take it off to put the slideouts out or turn the furnace on. Since it rains so much, we would be putting the cover on in the rain pretty much every time we leave. In addition, we like to leave the furnace set to 50 degrees to prevent freeze/thaw issues (a particular problem for that area), meaning we cannot have the trailer fully covered (fire and exhaust issues). We use the trailer every other weekend through the winter, so we need a solution (have looked at building an auxiliary roof, but those are not allowed, unfortunately).

So, I was hoping some folks on here might know where I can get a high-quality RV cover for the roof only. I have lots of tarps, but they do not breathe and will cause mould issues. So, ideally, I would like a rooftop cover that is made of the same materials and a full RV cover.

I did a search and lost three days of my life going down the google rabbit hole with no success. So I figured I would ask you fine folks. Anyone have any ideas on where I can find one?

Thanks in Advance

Would it be too much work to buy a standard, full rv cover and trim it down to the size you want? It might be possible to install the cover, mark it at the desired length all the way around, and then remove it, cut it, and hem the raw edge somehow. Instead of sewing the hem, adhesive hemming tape might be a possibility. Add a few grommets and it just might work.

Another thought, could the sides of a full RV cover just be rolled up and somehow secured?

Here are a couple that I have seen while searching for best pricing on a full cover for my trailer.
