One is usually for the kitchen and one for the bathroom sink/shower and outside sink if plumbed with a drain.

And they don’t usually overflow into the second one.

The other tank is probably for the half bath. If you only have one dump hose connection you could connect the two together with one of these and then leave both gray tank dump valves open. Then they would equalize.

I'm curious...what do you do with a sink that has no drain?

It's more of a "dish-pan" vs a sink

I do what Grumpy suggested and it works fine, gives me quite a bit more grey water capacity. I use the same valve too.

We also have 2021 32BH, but no second/half bath (have pantry option) but also have dual gray tanks.

We have not used shower other than to purge water lines. But both have water when we dump at end of weekend. Haven't had chance to check where plumbed to just yet, assuming 1 to bathroom sink/shower and other to the kitchen.
