Exterior Metal Cleaning

My travel trailer has an aluminum siding exterior. It appears that a strong cleaner was used previously and it stained the lighter color surfaces.

Anyone have a suggestion as what to do to clean this up???

You could try a cleaner/wax product but if the paint was compromised nothing will remove the stain.

Well I sort of thought that would be the case, but hoped that there might be a silver bullet out there somewhere.
