Wayne G - Perfect. I guess I am just looking at the narrow aisles and honestly may be over thinking this way too much.

Hitch Pin - Why did you get rid of the Jay Feather you had and go with the Jay Flight? Aren't they the same floor plan?
We had to many problems with it, very weak floor and wall delamination, the floor had been replaced once but didn't last but two weeks. Jayco wanted to take it back to the factory to do a complete rebuild, I said no way, so we worked out a trade. They was many more problems than the floor and walls.

The trailer was only one year old. we saw new ones on the lot that has delamination problems as well. the thing was built like a ice cream sandwich.

I will never buy another ultra lite!

I'm sure you will be happy with it, I have went over and over ours with a fine tooth comb, and can't find anything wrong at all. QT must have done their job on this one.

Update and not a good one. On July 21st we signed the papers for the order out. July 22nd I started to tear down the shed where the trailer will be stored.

The shed apparently didn't want to go. While removing the shingles on the roof the ladder gave way. You guesses it. I'm here in a cast. Broken fibula and put over 100 cracks in my talus bone. I'm in a cast for 16 weeks. I still have 10 weeks left

Right leg so can't drive. July 23rd trailer order canceled. I would have no way to use it or pick it up even. Sigh

I'm told a long road to recovery and physical therapy.

As for the shed. It's down. My dad and brother came over a series of weekends and took it down

Looks like we will order a 2016 in spring. It's going to be a long fall and winter.......

We just took delivery of our 2015 Jay Flight 23rb with outside fridge option and climate / cold weather package. It was 16,900 and they threw in a brake control and stabilizer hitch.
