First water leak...

Went out to the trailer to winterize the the water lines yesterday and found a water leak. The water was leaking in through one of the vents in the ceiling in the bathroom. Fortunately it does not appear too bad, it made the rug on the bathroom floor a little damp.
I have been diligent (wife says obsessive) about inspecting the roof twice a year, resealing any suspect areas, etc. Every couple of weeks I open every cabinet and look for moisture, examine on all the corners of the carpet and around the slide. Trailer is about 6 yrs old.
I put a tarp on it for now and will revisit my options after the holidays. At this time I am leaning toward a spray on roof.
So, for all who store their trailer uncovered in a wet climate, it is not a question of if you will have a leak, but rather when you will have a leak.
