Frame repair guidance

Hello, we recently moved from Fairbanks Alaska to Hillsboro Oregon. In Fort Nelson BC, we lost a wheel at 100km. The rim shredded the front tire as it was shearing off the hub, and the entire trailer hit the highway, bent the axels, the jack, the rear tray, damages the slides on both sides and may have bent the frame. We replaced the axels to get us here but was told the frame may be bent. We are having an extremely difficult time finding a shop that will inspect and possibly repair the frame. Does anyone have any ideas?

It seems like any auto body repair shop should be able to help.

I'd be calling my insurance company. If the the frame is bent the house is probably off too.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Maybe a custom trailer fabricator could offer a suggestion.

Good chance they would total it. I would contact them before you do anything.

Bent Frame

I used a Truck Rebuild Shop to realign my axles. No problem since.

I used an "18-wheeler" trailer shop for frame repair. They straightened it all out and aligned the axles. It was about $6,000 for the frame, alone. After that is corrected, you will still need to fix the damage to the "box" or "house". Call your insurance company, first!
