Furnace blows cold air then barely warm

Is it common for furnace to blow just lukewarm air? The fan comes on (thermostat is working) I hear the pilot light and burner come on, the air warms a little. It doesnt feel very warm. The overnight temps are in the 40's, not too cold, but we are going out one more time next month, and I want to make sure when it is really comd, we are able to stay warm and have a good time. This is our first travel trailer. A 2018 Jayco Jayflight 174bh 21.5 foot

Yes, all "Atwood" or similar RV furnaces turn on the blower first (blowing cold air) before turning on the burner. This is a safety measure, it purges the system to prevent explosion (in case there were a propane leak into the blower housing).

At the end of each cycle, the burner turns off and the fan keeps running for a minute or two to move as much heat as possible out of the burner and into the living area.

Warm is subjective. Does your camper attain the temperature you select in a reasonable time?
