Has anyone returned a Tuft & Needle Mattress

I am a little uncertain about spending this much money if it doesn't work out. I intend to use it in my house, not my RV. Tuft & Needle has a 100 day free returns policy

But I don't trust reviews tied to products and I could not find any somewhere I could trust.

I do trust JaycoOwnersForum!!!!

A good or bad review would great. I would rather spend money at a campground than waste it on a mattress that I hate and can not return.

Best mattress I've ever slept on. Purchased a king size during a black friday sale on Amazon...absolutely love it.

The return process (at least when I researched last year) is simple...don't like it...call salvation army type donation company have it picked up and submit receipt to T&N for refund.

I had aeLuxurySupply bed and after 90 days I wasn't satisfied and call them to arrange a return. They could not find any company to donate to so after a month they refunded the purchase price and I ended up giving the mattress away on craigslist. Tuff and needle was going to be my third choice. I came from 14 year old original temperpedic mattress and now I have Leesa and I like it enough to stop shopping.
