Help with Jayco 2016 Water Heater

We just purchased a used 2016 Jayco Feather 20XTG. Does anyone know where the valves are located on this unit to regulate getting water into the hot water heater. we called Jayco and they said in the cabinet next to the indoor fridge but we do not have a cabinet next to the fridge.. we have bunk beds there. Help!! Thanks in advance

I have a 2016 Octane 222 Toy Hauler. Not sure if your layout is the same. My shutoffs are under the bed to the rear of a storage compartment.

After seeing your layout, it may be under the bunks in a compartment. It would definitely be on the same side as your water connections. Look at your water heater hookup on the outside, it has to be inside in the same location behind a door.

Generally speaking, find the water heater's external location and then match the internal wall area to that, as the valves are most often right behind the water heater.

Also, Welcome to the jaycoowners forums! ~CA

I had a 2016 white hawk the water heater was under the lower bunk had to pull out a panel to access. Not sure if yours is the same. Many unit have to have something removed for access. My current is behind a panel that looks like a door panel screwed to the cabinet.

Lift the mattress on your lower bunk and see if you have a square lift out panel. It's possible the valves are under there.
