Hot water only works for a couple seconds

I have a 2012 28 BHS and winterized it for the first time this winter. When I summarized it, I only have a few seconds of hot water at the faucet and it doesn't seem to matter which knob I turn on (hot or cold) I get hot water for about 5 seconds, then it turns cold. I'm assuming I've turned a valve that should not be turned... Any ideas?

Size: 13.3 KBCheck the center bypass switch on the hot water heater. Your cold water is not blocked from the hot water return side

New problem. I moved the valves as above and now have no cold water. Only hot. Turn on a cold faucet and no water comes out. I did check the valve right before the pump under the kitchen sink and it is open....

Do you have water in your tank or are you hooked up to city water?
