I would have an additional transmission oil cooler installed and also a transmission oil temperature gauge installed right after I verified the towing capacity of your tow vehicle matched up with what you are planning to tow.
Not to disparage a car salesman, but I would do some serious checking with Chrysler on the towing specs. because the coolant requirements will change when you are towing and you want to know. Most cars set for towing have additional trans. cooling and the mfg will have specs online informing the owner.
