We just got this camper, and was getting set up and wanted some music. However, when we turned the radio on, the display came on for a quick second, then went off. The radio remained on. Because we couldn't see the display, we weren't able to really operate the radio. We tried everything, or so it seems. It isn't the dimmer, we tried that. Anyone have any suggestions?

I to have this issue brand new second time I turned it on no display screen.

Have either of you found a reason or solution to this problem? I have same issue. We did walk through on Tuesday (7/13) display worked. Delivered yesterday (7/14) and display is out. Radio works fine, I found there is an app to control radio but have not tried that yet. Also read to try a factory reset, but cannot find clear details for this.

You can contact them directly via email any they will ship you a new one (and ask you return the old one). Easy swap out. 4 screws an antenna, and a cable plug connection.
