Jayflight 212QB Exterior Shower Door

We have a 2020 212 QB with an exterior shower. The shower is really just a shower head on a three foot hose, cold and hot knobs all behind a door with key lock.

On our last trip we had the exterior shower door keep popping open when locked.

The first time it happened, the hose was flapping in the wind and snapped off before we could stop to secure it.

Has anyone else experienced this, know how to prevent the door from popping open and know how hard it is to replace the unit?

I think my service center put a longer latch on it to keep it closed.

I had mine pop open once but I caught it before the hose could fall out and get damaged. It was my-bad as I didn’t lock it. Never had a problem when I remember to lock it. We rarely use it, so it pretty much stays locked 24/7.

They make longer cams for the cam lock. Some Trimming way be required. Unless your cam is rivited on. Amy hardware worth it's weight should have a small selection of cam locks.
