Leveling Jacks

Just bought a new 330RSTS and while playing around and getting setup, it appears my BMPro and phone app have “lost connection” with my leveling jacks. I’m still plugged into my truck so I don’t want to hit the auto level but was wondering why the jacks say they are offline.

Will be at the camp site later this afternoon so figured I’d ask now in case the problem still persist.

I questioned that also and was told by Jayco and BMpro that they are not set up to be used off the phone or the panel, only from the lippert screen. Did not make sense to me but I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. I asked if they could eliminate the jacks from the controller and the answer was NO-seems a little odd but I guess our opinion doesn't count for much

Agreed. Tech walked me through it. They work but now I keep getting out of stroke errors. Work in progress.
