Microwave Issue

Our microwave did t work. Buttons do nothing. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and buttons work momentarily but then dead again. I CAN hear a little "click" when it goes out. Bad microwave? I assume it's not a fuse because it will work again. And I know that there is power getting to it because the clock still works though the keypad does nothing.

Look for the manufacturer label on the inside with the door open, sometimes on the edge of the door. Write down the model number and serial number.
Call the manufacturer's consumer support line for help and diagnosis.

Some microwaves have a internal fuse that can be checked. I would do that and look on the manufacturers site to get some tips before scrapping it.

BTW, they are not expensive to replace.
