New 2020 Jayco Jay Flight Slx 235RKS satellite

Hello all,

I have a new TT and I plugged in my satellite feed to the receptacle on the outside. I am getting a signal but that is all. It won't connect to the service. If i put the feed directly in to the receiver it works fine. I tried turning off the antenna button but that didn't work.

any ideas?
thanks

Satellite won't work through an antenna splitter which is in the system.

thanks, but how do I bypass? The connection on the outside says satellite input so it is supposed to work for satellite

Is there one marked cable? They may be reversed or labeled wrong.

If it's only one connection then it goes through a splitter and will not work with Sat, only Cable. You will need to run a direct line or go through a window with one of these.
