New owner here

Hey all. My wife and I are new owners of a '15 184BH, and are both new to TT. I have camped in one as a kid, but never owned and operated one. My tow vehicle is a f150 with 5.4 v8 so no worries there, and the dealer is installing a tow hitch and brake controller. Im looking for some links for info on into to TT life and use, helpfull things to keep in it, and what accesories I should get before our first trip out in a few weeks

Thanks!

Hey welcome, right kind of TP. Spare flashlight. Some levelling help (plastic/wood).
Figure out how to start, and turn off stuff before that first night.

My wife will explain in detail; just why I think these are important.

Ask for help if you think it might help. Oh! The awning was designed by some sadist.

cheers, have much fun. We have.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new TT. You will need a good water hose, pressure regulator, always good to have a Y fitting so you can have a second hose. Sewer hose with a clear fitting to connect to the trailer. I am sure others will add several more items in additional posts.

Try a camp driveway or backyard, good way to test everything out and ensure you have everything you need. Keep a pad of paper with you for notes on things you wish you had, things you don't need, etc.

You got it -- there is almost always a store nearby if you forget something that you "must have", but sometimes the best part is "making do" with what you do have.

New owner

Just a few tips ,always check the nuts and bolts for tightnes after they install the hitch , check lug nuts occasionally, never arrive at the campsite at night especially when you are your still a rookie and walmart just became your best friend if it was not all ready have a great time and take it slow.
