Your Eagle regulator will supply LP at the proper pressure. However make sure you have a LP gas shutoff valve to turn off the gas. You need to be able to make sure you don't have an open port.

I have a Yamaha 2400. Very quiet and powered a 50Amp fifth wheel (AC excluded) with no problems. As has been said, if you're camping around others, spend the extra $$, so that you're not "THAT guy".

Ended up spending the extra dough and getting the 3500 predator. Ran it all day today and it’s impressively quiet. I bbq’d tonight and the noise of my trager is louder than the generator. Again thanks for all the input

Thanks for the info and the suggestion to use the shutoff valve, ifallsguy! Contemplating replacing our 4 year old Champion 3100 gas-only inverter generator with one of these newer dual fuel (propane/gas) Champion inverter generators.

It may be quieter than the Champion hard to tell in Glamis with all the background noise.
Bilz, we too have a new 2018 SLX212 with a 15k AC unit. Am thinking about the 3100/2800 Champion but have heard mixed opinions on whether the 3100 is enough to start the AC. My dealer says the AC unit is a Coleman with soft start, so I’d think it would work. Any issues with AC and your Champion? I don’t really want the extra cost and weight of a 3400. Thanks!

Odds are your 2018 Jayco has the same Coleman Mach 15 (15,000 BTU) 48254C869 a/c as our 2018 Jayco Eagle. Our Champion 3100 inverter generator (75535i) starts/runs this a/c just fine.
