Outdoor kitchen door leak

We have a 32 TSBH 2017. The outdoor kitchen door leaks and holds water inside. It has done this since we bought it. We brought it in for warranty when we got it and had the door replaced hoping that was the issue. It did not fix the issue. Since then we have also replaced the latches and caulked. Has anyone found a way to fix this leak?

Thanks!!

I have had the same issue with one of my compartment doors since I purchased my 2017. Short answer is, no. I haven't found a way to completely eliminate the leak around the door. Mine comes in around the door seal itself, only when it rains in certain directions.

The best solution I've found is to adjust the lock mechanism and secondary latch to put as much pressure on the door as possible when closed. The added pressure seems to help keep the water intrusion to a minimum.

I was able to identify a low spot in one of my storage bay door frames by placing a bright halogen work light in the storage compartment when it was dark out and looked for where the light was shining through. I was then able to add some Buyl tape and some caulk to that spot to build it up.
