Problems with our slide out

We own a 2012 Jayco White Hawk travel trailer. We have had a problem with our slide out since day one. It was discovered during the initial inspection. The bars under the slide out rubbed against the frame of the trailer when it slides in and out. The first repair made by the dealer resulted in them grinding the frame down so the bars could slide in and out. This resulted in the slide out tipping down and denting the ceiling inside the trailer when closed. The second repair corrected the problem with the ceiling, but now it rubs on the interior carpet and has created a large pucker in the carpet and snapped the interior trim. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what suggestions do you have. This trailer is still under warranty.

You have my sympathy, the slide on one side of our trailer rubs lightly on the linoleum and three different dealerships have not been able to fix it.
