I want a new Jayco trailer because our 2007 has had been across the country 2 times and we live in it for 3 months every winter. Now I don’t know how many 2021 trailers have been repaired but to bad workmanship. I would be interesting to know how good is the quality control.
Dealers sell what they get but Hayley Rv checks each trailer and send back the trailers that don’t meet there standards.
Do all dealers do that? Are the 2022 trailers as bad as the 2021?

Welp, it's not just the rv manufacturers, it's the component suppliers also. LP regulator recall, leaking hydraulic level pump, rear axle bad alignment are the 3 worst of my 31 warranty issues. Build issues from factory were "mostly" cosmetic so far, wood scratches and over driven screws with heads popping off and cracking parts. I was browsing the Grand Design forum and I got the impression quality seemed a notch or 2 better. A Solitude was in the running when we were shopping but still like my Pinnacle 5er better. Finding a GOOD dealer is key for warranty work, sadly they can be as hard to find as a quality built RV now days.
