Slide out problems 2020 Whitehawk 26RK

I have a 2020 Whitehawk 26RK. The slide is very hard to extend I have to push on it to open.
Not a lot, just a steady pressure provided by me just till it gets about half way out then it goes by itself but very slow.
It doesn't matter if I am on battery or connected to shore power. Results are the same.
Is the something I can do? i.e. lube tracks or is this something I should bring to the dealer and have them look at? I am still under the 2 year factory warranty.

Thanks

I would take it to your dealer. We have enough items to take care of on our own after the warranty is up.

Warranty Issue for sure - But

I lubed the slideout right after we got our trailer this summer. The rails and gears were dry and making some noise. Bought and used the Camco slide spray and hit the rails and gears. Much smoother and quieter now. Might be worth a try. I also had issue with the battery connections being loose and on our second outing the slide would not extend (didn't try with shore power). Crimped new battery connectors on and that has been fine too.

Thanks I'll try lubing up the rails and gears and check the battery connections. If that doesn't work then I guess it's off to the dealer she goes. Just wanted to avoid that, due to their slow repair times.
