Slider Won't Slide

Jayco 2017 SLX 284 - 1.5 year old travel trailer with one living room slider. Hit the button by mistake yesterday and noticed it did nothing. Pushed button both ways, in and out, and nothing. I have this RV at a campsite on a permanent basis and slider has been OUT for 1.5 years. No fuses are blown and no breakers are tripped. Ideas?

After a long trip mine didn't work. My son crawled underneath and noticed that the solder joint had come un-done. When he manually connected the two wires it worked. I know yours has been standing still for a while, but it might be worth looking at. Maybe some moisture has corroded the connection.
