I went to Sams Club got a nice 24 inch for about 100. Had camping world install it. Real nice having a television in the RV when you want to relax. Now that I know how to hot spot my phone to the television I get a lot to watch. If you want local stations good luck. Depending on where you are you might not get much. But we watch app television more then regular. Good luck.

Is the AT&T hotspot sufficient to watch tv through ROKU? I have a Verizon hotspot but it's only good for laptop/phone WIFI, not video streaming. After a short spurt of streaming video, it exceeds it's max allowance of "high Speed wifi" and gets limited to the point that the signal isn't strong enough for tv watching.

We have unlimited data thru Verizon. I got a special deal from them after turning 55. So I took them up on the offer. We hotspot thru the unlimited from our phones. No problems so far. I did have an issue with one campsite but got it resolved. We got our television from Sams Club and it is a Roku type television. So it should work. I gave up on ATT because of the sht service and crappy way they handle customers. So IMO? Go with your Verizon unlimited and if you don't have it I would call them and ask them for it. Maybe they might give you a deal. They did with us. Good luck.

I also have unlimited data with Verizon, I even have a Jetpack MIFI, which is great for laptop emails and searches/banking. But after a certain amount of data is used for a billing period, they cut down the speed of the data which is no good for watching TV through the ROKU. Thanks for the reply.

Weird because we never have been charged for overages. Unless of course you watch movies all the time. We just watch a movie at nite if we just want to relax otherwise we play a game or just talk. Television is mostly if it weather related. Good luck. I guess we have a plan that does not include overages.
