Washer/Dryer Prep

My 2020 Jay Flight 34rsbs came washer/dryer prepped and it’s location is in the bedroom, currently shelved for storage, and has “false” wall behind shelves. Question is has anybody attempted to access this area and if so how? We don’t plan on installing a washer/dryer but wonder about the plumbing behind the wall and winterizing?
Thanks in Advance.

Can you see the hot & cold water hookups for the washer? If so then just treat it as a faucet and run antifreeze thru it until you see the pink stuff. We screwed on a 2' piece of water hose to each connection one at a time and a bucket. You should also have a pipe for the washer discharge. Put some antifreeze down that too in the spring and fall to prevent any odor coming up the pipe.

I can see the red and blue connections through a hole in my pass through bay. Cannot reach them without taking my closet apart. That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I can also see the vent pipe and p-trap but can’t get to it without going through the closet area.
Thanks for the reply.
