Wet floor in bath

2007 Jayco 23b. Floor was soft in bath. Knew we had a leak. It damaged out into the main area too. Ripped out the floor and 1/8 plywood. I dried it all with fans. Thought the leak was the toilet but doesn't appear to be it. There is a small area of wetness at the sink front but I honestly can't identify where it's coming from. Have water pump on and it's not cycling or anything. Almost seems like the low point water pipe drain, but joints aren't wet. Any input??

How do the walls look? Any "pimples" (mold) in the wallpaper? If so, you have a roof or window leak. Do you have a slide out? If so, check the edges underneath the slide for soft areas. If so, that may be the culprit. Also check your wheel wells. Could be water intrusion while towing in rain.

I would first focus on the area of the floor which has the most evidence of water damage. OSB is like a paper towel, it soaks up water and then the water radiates out from the source of the leak. That very black area around the closet flange indicates to me the source of the problem is close to there. Sleuthing leaks is a matter of first checking off the simplest solutions, then checking off the unlikely and lastly the seemingly impossible. Once after chasing a roof leak for weeks I discovered water was running over the coping (outside corner) on the edge of the roof and wicking up and then down the inside of the wall.

I bought this with a damaged roof. The aluminum frame for the AC support was busted. I don't know how long it leaked for. I bet a while. I knew it was going to need work but bought it for less than $2,000.00 and I am a carpenter so it didn't scare me. I put new roof framing and TPO roof down. I can really rule that portion out from leaking. The bottom of the camper appears all intact. I opened up the shower panel and cut the linoleum under the basin and the wood is wet to the touch. I checked all the plumbing supply, waste, and vent and did not find a leak. Even had wifey jump in shower and turn water on in case it was the basin. Nothing.

Is is possible that the trapped wet 1/4" luann plywood never dried from the original roof leak? Maybe since the wet wood was covered it never got air to dry?? I replaced the roof before winter it before winter.

I am stumped and about to remove the shower basin and sink.

Oh my goodness... the new roof looks nice.

There is a really good chance that the roof leak did it all, but could be toilet seal or valve. So many places it could leak.
