Advice regarding resealing a corner seal (1995 Eagle 8)

I have a 1995 Jayco Eagle 8 (original owner) and need to reseal a corner molding, which I believe caught on something when the trailer was moving and was pulled back just a bit. I've included a picture, which shows the metal part of the molding that wraps around the corner. The molding has a flexible middle portion that likely can be removed to expose the screws. I found a YouTube video that shows how to reseal an RV corner molding using Seal-Tite corner seal, which I intend to follow (remove insert trim, remove screws, reseal using corner seal and caulk, etc). Any suggestions before I start?

Welcome aboard.

Adding pictures is a two step process. First you have to upload it. Close the attachment window, then reopen the window and then attached the image.

Without seeing it, I have re-caulked some of my corner molding. I used ISO Quad, you can buy it at any large DYI home improvement store. Cut a VERY small tip, and apply a very small amount. I used super soapy water on my finger tip to smooth it. If you get to much on the tt, it is virtually Impossible to remove. I commonly apply painters tape where I do not want the caulk, to ensure clean looking lines.

Good luck.
