Cassette toilet issues

I bought my pop up from a dealer used and I have never used the toilet. It always seems to have some issue. Took it back to the dealer to have a leak repaired on it. Got it back and everything seemed to be in working order. Camped last week and now the pump for the water doesn’t work. No light on the push button switch. I checked all the fuses and wiring but can’t get it to work. Any ideas where to start? Where is the pump located? 2010 Jayco 1206.

How did you check the pump, fuses and wiring? Visually or with a test light AND multimeter?

Visually since I didn’t have my meter with me. I checked both fuses and they are not blown. Not sure why I didn’t think of looking on YouTube, but found a video on where the pump is located. Will troubleshoot from there to see if it is getting power.
