Heater Furnace is not working

I just bought my Jayco eagle 321RSTS a month ago to live in it full time for now and recently the furnace does work it starts up but then after like a minute it shuts off. It’s a new trailer it was working fine but now I don’t know what to do or check. Can anyone help me I check the propane tanks and batteries everything is ok

Are you getting propane to your stove burners? If yes, and assuming the rig is colder than your thermostat setting, it may be the sail switch. The furnace will operate for about 15 seconds and then shut off.
