winterizing

Hi. I own a 1992 jayco 1006 deluxe pop up camper. My fresh water system consists of a portable 5 gallon fresh water tank and a manual hand pump over the sink. Does this system need to be winterized or do you simply empty your container, dry it out and pump manual hand pump till as much air as possible comes out? At which point maybe blow air into plastic fresh water feed tubing? Any other things for a pop up I need to worry about over winter? Thanks for your input.

Here is a link to the owners manual for your camper, go to page 22 for winterizing.
