Storage compartment rating
I have a 2018 Greyhawk. Per Jacob Frey at Jayco Motorized Customer Service, most of the compartments are rated at apporximately 150 lbs.

Black tank flush line
You can get a hand pump for $10-15 and pump antifreeze into the black tank flush line. Water can get caught in it.
