Colorado State Forest State Park - North Michigan Reservoir Campground.

You can see our bedroom slide intruding from the right just for proof that this was from the campsite. No hookups, pit toilet, but also no crowding. It was almost like our own private lot (two other sites taken by a single family group about 200 yards away, otherwise we were alone in the loop).

This is actually the view out of my door. The good news is I don't have a close neighbor until approximately September 1, but since I am hosting a neighbor is usually a good thing.

Not wanting to leave a post with only a picture of a concrete slab on here with the other nice pictures I included one I took just before sunrise last week. This was taken at the boat ramp here in St. Andrews State Park. 2 minutes after I took the picture the color was absolutely gone.

Thank you Rick. Actually it was a sunrise, but still great color. I was lucky to get the picture since the color was gone 2 minutes later.

We are on North Hutchison between Vero Beach and Ft Pirce. We leave our camper here for the summer. We have done this for the past 10 years. It's our Beach house on wheels. 😎 It makes a great weekend escape. I love South Hutchinson too and the Jenson Beach area! Have a great weekend!

After an unplanned situation Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday went well for us. After getting all situated at our campsite 90 miles from home base, the 30 amp plug head had an electric arc as seen in the photo below. With temps in the mid 90's, a night w/o electricity wasn't going to happen, so after loading up the grandkids, we drove back to home base, bought a new plug head and returned, fixed it and were back in business by 11am Saturday, thus saving the weekend.
