Nexgrill
We went with the Nexgrill we purchased at Costco and like it. I like the fact that it has two burners and so far it has been very easy to control the heat, it will get hot enough to put a good sear on a steak, something I require of a grill.

Use Coleman camping fuel? I collect these old stoves…. Usually a yard sale find for $10 and some tlc and maybe a new generator and they are good to go…. Love those old stoves (and lanterns….I do the same with those).

I love my Weber Q. I have a standalone 20 Lb propane tank that feeds the Q and a 2 burner camp stove and this takes care of all my outdoor cooking. This propane tank also serves as a backup for my main 30 Lb tank (I have only one) until I can get it filled.

I have been using the Napolean. Canadian and has two burners. Can be converted from small bottles to lp tank. Came with cast iron grates and a griddle. Well made

I agree the wife wants a grilled steak not one fried in a pan like a Blackstone. I have a Q and the inserts for flat frying. We also carry an an electric griddle for other things

Another Weber Q vote. Have all 3 sizes! Can get a great sear.
Also you can get an adapter, to use your quick connect gas line if so equipped.

Love my Weber Q like others have said. Also have a Mini Green Egg that I use for the best flavor but takes longer to prep for cooking.

Another vote for the Coleman 285 Roadtrip. We are living in our Pinnacle 5th wheel while waiting on our house to be built. Bought a stainless steel hose that I can hook up to a 5 gallon propane bottle!!! Love it!

Weber Q of course, and if it lasts as long as my full size Weber has, it won't have to be replaced for 13 and counting years! What's nice about Weber BBQ's is you can replace parts if necessary, not put it out at the road after 2-3 years!

We purchased the notebook BBQ grill from Amazon. We have a small trailer and my wife and I are snowbirds. We use it almost every night. We we pack up it takes up very little room. Sometimes we have a fire in it at night. The perfect grill for less than $25.00

We have the stainless Nextgrill also and love it.. stainless steel grill grates and it gets very hot!
The Weber Q cook's like an electric skillet...no real grill flavor, in my opinion.

Another vote for the Napoleon Travel Q. We've had one for 4 years now with no problems and it stays lit in the wind.

We do like our Weber Q. We like it so much that we also purchased one for the house. Our previous (large) propane grills kept deteriorating in our hot, humid weather. We can store the Weber in our climate controlled shop between uses, and we just bring it back out and hook it to the outside propane tank when we are ready to use it.
We purchased the conversion kit so that we can use the trailer's propane and not have to deal with the little propane canisters. We also purchased a griddle plate for each of our grills. Since we have a smaller trailer, we did not want to get a blackstone because they are so bulky. We have a slim, electric griddle. Between the electric griddle and the griddle plates, breakfast is awesome.
