Can I install full motion tv mount

I have a jay flight which has the tv mounted in a console between the living room and bedroom. It uses a flat mount to attach the tv to a rotary shelf which can be spun to watch in bedroom or living room.

I would like to be able to tilt the tv and also rotate to improve viewabilty from different seating positions. There are lots of full motion residential brackets available. I am trying to brainstorm the failure modes of using one. I would like your help.

What issues or risks do you foresee? For example, not withstanding the bounce when traveling.

I've had both flat mounts and the full motion. I only ever used a flat mount on the 180 degree wall between the living room and bedroom. Plus I always had straps around each end of the tv all the way around the rotating wall (mirror on one side, tv on other). The board behind the tv didn't seem too solid to hold the tv like in a house.

I only ever mounted the full motion mount on a fixed wall with a thick board that could better hold the tv when pulled out from the wall.

I felt the rotating wall was not strong enough to have the full motion mount where the tv could be pulled out from the wall putting more force on the hinge that spins the wall. Even with a small tv our spinning wall got a little off center and would drag on one corner.

I'm no engineer, just my two cents.
