Do levels freeze?

We bought one of the big levels to put on the front of the trailer. Before we screw it on, we're wondering if the liquid inside is going to freeze over the winter? Wanting to make sure it won't bust or something.

And we get cold here. -40 cold.

Both well used. Now up to 170 nights camping and 40,000 miles on the TT since purchase.

Nope, but in the hot sun, my bubble shrinks and disappears until it cools off.
