Home about 5pm. 2147 miles total. Truck averaged 9.3 mpg and 49 mph. I was guessing 50mph average after counting bathroom and gas breaks.
We were able to meet up with my brother in law and nieces and nephew in Richmond yesterday too!

Truck is a 2014 Ram 3500 srw crew cab long bed with the 6.4 and 4.10 gears. Did well and towed Jayco 33RBTS great. That thing sure is heavy though! And long !
That will be our longest trip this year. We’ll see where next years trip will be!
Appreciate all the comments and talk to everyone soon.

Last year we did right at 7000 miles traveling from WNY out to all the major national parks. Beautiful country out west.

Close to 8 weeks, stayed at the Air Force academy FamCamp for three days, 3 days at Ellsworth AFB in S Dakota and the rest at regular RV parks. One thing that came in handy were the high altitude carb jets I picked up for my generator. One for 3-6K and the other 6-9K. Only takes about 15 minutes to swap out.

We have been to the Outer Banks twice this tear once to a campground about 20 miles south of where you were in Frisco. The other time was boondocking on Ocracoke Island. We love going there for our favorite beaches on the east coast, We are also planning a trip up your way pulling our Eagle 330RSTS in September to the Watkins Glen area. We passed through there in 2007 on a Motorcycle trip from Niagara Falls to Lake George and didn’t have time to stop. We plan to spend about a week there. Glad you enjoyed your trip to NC. We are looking forward to seeing that part of NY.

We are in Ticonderoga. Outside of town about 3 miles from Fort Ticonderoga.

We do just the opposite of you. Live at a beach town and vacation in mountains.
