Pro Tip (for noobs & seasoned)
You might be outside enjoying a cup of coffee in the cool morning air with the sun light beaming down in a nice CG, when you notice something dripping out of your TT from a spot you've never seen it drip before. And you wonder, "Why is it dripping there"? So you go to look at the spot where's it's dripping and wonder, "where in the world is that drip coming from and what is it"? From there You might think to check the gutter to see if the flow from the A/C was diverted. So you climb atop the roof only to discover everything there is okay. Dang, you were hoping that would be a quick fix. While still up there, one of the kids comes out of the TT asking for dad. "I'm up here." "Dad, there is a puddle on the floor in the kitchen"? So you climb down and upon entry you see the puddle and immediately check the fridge. Well, you see the door wasn't properly closed, "Ah, you guys need to remember to close the fridge." But, upon further inspection, you see a drip, drip, drip... Following to the source leads you the juice bottle. Doh!
Pro Tip:
Be sure to store your bottled juice in an upright position in the fridge with cap secure. Or, if you can't, then make sure the cap is on tight.

Excellent tip!
Here's another one. For those that have the usual kitchen sink that sits on top of the counter. Check the four clamps underneath for tightness. During a "fix" for a drawer that never closed flush, I found two of the four extremely loose. They had wing nuts that were easily tightened up, and although the sink is glued down with sealant, it would've been reason to wonder where all the hardware in the pots and pans came from!

Did you know you can wrap your awning up in the opposite direction if you keep pressing the awning button? Keep an eye on your awning when putting it out!

For those looking to replace the toilet seat this is not the correct way.

You would think that is the correct way in some public bathrooms!

LOL I actually had to go help someone with this problem. He was in the process of taking the awning apart.

Great advice! I went and checked mine (I have 6 of them) and 2 or 3 needed tightening.

Store your staples, sugar, flour in containers with lids that won't come off if dropped. We arrived in a cg after a days drive to find a container of sugar upside down on the floor right over a heating register.

Don't forget a glass jar of dill pickles in your pantry over the winter when you live in the north east. Trust me when I tell you that it takes a little while to get the smell out of the cupboard.

Yes
I bought a TT a few years ago. When I pushed the out button the awning came in and vice versa. Figured out the PO had held the button and rolled it up backwards.

Ok seen your post on watch out for awning rolling up backwards.
My awning quite working and prior to that I thought I noticed if you push the in button it went out and when you hit out it came in. Thought I just didn’t see it correctly. So what happens if it rolls up backwards. Thanks for any help or reply.

To be clear, not necessarily every awning functions in this way.
