Quick connect hose connection

Please advise why I can not get water to come out of my outside hose quick connect??

What type of hose connection are you using? Year and model of camper will also help get you a better answer.

There are two quick connects on the Northpoints. One near the entrance door on the outside and the other inside the hatch with the Nautilus panel. The faucet handles by the one in the hatch, control both of them. Once you turn them on you can get water from either quick connect
