My filter is new as well. My ice maker takes a long while to fill up. If you remove the filter does it just bypass, or will I get water all over?

I think it must have a lock out that when the filter is not present the water will not flow.............give it a try and let us know

Don't think these are the ones. These are 3. Ours are 1's.

Took out my water filter. Works great now. Maybe a faulty filter. I’ll get a new one at some point.

I've always used the filter. When the dispenser starts trickling it's time to change it. I can only imagine the "stuff" that filter traps!

What did you put in place of it? Do you have a plug that you put in?

There must be a bypass if the filter is not in place. That's probably why he's still getting water at the dispenser.

I’d say that’s the case. The openings on the filter ends are so tiny, I’m not surprised the flow is slow. Combine that with a potentially clogged filter and there’s the issue. Mine was not a whirlpool filter but a Drop filter. Or something like that.

I did a search on Ebay for these filters and came up empty. Do you have a link?

Just type in “drop 1 water filter” in the search bar and they will come up. Then sort for lowest price first.

I keep hearing people mention a lock on their fridge. Mine didn’t come with any lock. Just a Velcro strap that goes around the handles. It’s effective, but did I get shorted? My trailer is a 2019.

Yes you did. My Whirlpool has a lock that is supposed to make sure the doors don't open when traveling. I had to do some minor tweaking and adjusting (go figure) so it locked easy. I also add a Velcro strap to the handles just in case. Contact your dealer. It is not uncommon for Jayco to run out of parts and just leave them off the unit when they ship. They did not install am outside exhaust vent for the microwave on my unit.

Well then there must be a lot of shorting goin on. Mine's Velcro too and I ordered my 355 in Feb 2019 and the ones on the lot had Velcro too, no lock. What did you do about the microwave vent? I'm thinking mine doesn't have one either.

There were several posts that the locks weren't working properly so they may have changed to the velcro.

The locks I saw on the ones on the lot didn't seem to work very well. Had trouble every time I opened a fridge. I wouldn't trust them anyway. Velcro works fine.

My lock works just fine. This is the one I have that came with the coach. Spendy little thing.

Interesting about the locks. My Velcro seems to work, but it’s tough to get tight. I may source a Velcro battery strap from one of my RC’s and see if that’ll be easier.

The microwave vent... are you referring to the vent opening on the outside wall of that slide pulling from the fans below the microwave?
