RLSW tank specs.

The only answer I’m getting is that is was a change that year and the following year they went back to the larger tank.

Thank you for checking. The change does not make any sense. 8 gallons less in a gray tank that should be 30 gallons is significant. 30% decrease.
Understandable if they made any major changes to that model but they didn’t.
These tank sizes make a difference if boon-docking is involved, like us.
Specs for the rlsw
2015 Fresh water 48, gray tank 30.5, black tank 22.5
2016 Fresh water 42, gray tank 22.5, black tank 22.5
2017 Fresh water 42, gray tank 30.5, black tank 22.5
2018 Fresh water 42, gray tank 30.5, black tank 22.5

If I had to guess engineering had extra 22.5 gallon tanks around and decided to get rid of the surplus with this year and model.
Don’t get me wrong we really have liked our Jayco campers but this doesn’t make much sense.
I would appreciate it if you would pass along my concerns to other management.
