Swapping Bulbs For LED's

A few months ago I purchased a bunch of those led panels to replace the bulbs in our 17z. The ones I got were very bright but the wrong color. They made the camper look like an operating room. I was a bit gun shy to purchase a different set of LED's until a friend gave me one from a bunch he just ordered. They look great! They produce pretty much the same amount of light AND are basically the same color.

We have a 28DSBH so we've got the bunk beds in the back of the TT. Each bunk has a single bulb fixture so I put the new LED panel in one of them and then turned both fixtures on.

The only way you could tell which bunk had the LED panel was by looking at the fixture itself. I was impressed. So impressed was I that I actually purchased 40 panels to replace the bulbs in both trailers we have. We don't do a lot of dry camping but this summer both trailers will be dry camping for at least 2 weeks. With a bunch of kids around, the last thing you want is for them to drain the batteries down because they left a bunk light on.

Here's the link.

Looks interesting. Could you tell me what Kelvin temperature range these LED's are? Anything over 3000 Kelvin starts to get the bluish tint. We like the incandescent yellowish look.
Many thanks,
Bill B. (Michigan)

The LED's I got a few months ago had the blue/white tint. Like I said, it looked like a hospital OR. These panels that I just listed look just like the stock incandescent bulbs.

Ok, here's a shot of the bunks. One bunk has an incandescent bulb, the other has the led panel. Which one do you think is which.

If you get the led light panels that are rated Color Temperature = 3000-3500K They should be like your old bulbs. The 5000-6500k will be bright white

I upgraded the lights in our pop-up to LEDs just to cut down on the heat in the bunkends when they were on. I have been looking for suitable replacements for the TT. Thanks for the links!!!!

One final question. Do these LED's interfere with radio reception of the trailer? I've been reading that these cheap Chinese LED's produce a lot of RF interference.
just wondering???

W have the " O.R. " lights and we REALLY like them.
Then again we are nurses. That shade light makes us really comfortable for some reason.

I have the "warm white" LEDs (3500 K) and they give off just about the same light as the old #921 bulbs. I have not had any radio interference.
