Weak flooring

The floor in our 2015 jayco 25bhs is starting to sag. The dealer says it needs to have extra braces put in for support for about $800. Wondering if this is normal wear or a fault in the manufacturing? Anybody have any experience with this?

Is this a Jayfeather, Whitehawk or Jayflight?

I don't see how a 2 (possibly 3) year old camper should have a sagging floor due to normal use. But I am far from an expert on this.

It's not normal but unfortunately does occur on the pre 2016 Whitehawks with the composite floors and also the Jayfeathers. Do a search on soft floor.
