Joining the group

Good evening,
Surfing along came across your group. Joined today and have plenty catching up to do.
Ya'll cover lots of interesting territory so it will take some time to catch up.
My last TT was a 35 Avion. Awesome traveler with a 3 axle independent suspension. Then Hurricane Katrina sent it sailing.
My 2013 Eagle has treated me nice but only travel now to run away from hurricanes....which are fairly regular.
Thank you for accepting my request to join.
Dennis

Always wondered

Welcome Hogman9832!
I've always wondered. Prior to hurricanes I've seen news footage of the exodus of traffic from gulf states, heavily stocked with TT, Fivers and really anything mobile. All the traffic streaming north. My question is how far north does your normal evacuation destination take you? Can you even find open campgrounds or do you ride it out in a Cracker Barrel or Flying J parking lot or similar?
Good to have you aboard!
