Congrats and welcome to the group! Mine is 310 and I cringe every time he showers! I am 205 and feel the floor flex when I'm in there. I did remove the front facia giving me access to the under the pan and added several boards on edge for more support. I had to use sheets of insulation to take up the space on the top edge of the board. Still looking for a better way to provide even support under the entire pan.
