No one at dealerships seem to know?

Have 2021 JaycoJayFlight TH.

Does anyone know what brand name of kitchen faucet they use in their units?

Dealerships don't seem to know. They say to bring it in so they can look at it!

OMG? Whats wrong with this world?

If you bought it new, there should be something in the manual package that comes with it. We got info from the manufacturers of everything in our TT. Ours is older, at 2012, but the faucets are made by Phoenix. I believe Valterra owns them now.

We have since replaced both faucets with residential units from one of the big box stores. The bathroom faucet was too close to the back edge, and the DW noticed a kitchen faucet she liked better.

What part(s) are you looking for? A picture of the one you have would help us identify it for you.

I don't understand your anger over this. I wouldn't expect a dealer to know what you are asking. The faucets are for the most part cheap plastic throw aways. They are standard 4 inch bath and 8 inch kitchen spaced units. I have disassembled a few and I can tell you that they are not name brand faucets nor worth repairing if there is a problem.

Just go to a home center and buy a much better one if you have any problems. The ones from the factory are junk

Your anger is directed at the wrong people. The trouble is that a unit made in January might have a different sourced faucet than one made in May. There are at least 2 reasons for that, cost and supply chain issues. Especially anything built in late 2020 or later. This isn't like the automotive industry which keeps track of every new part number or redesign, which can be looked up in a parts inventory.

So yes, I can understand that the dealer doesn't know what's installed without seeing it. Even then they may have to do a bit of detective work to verify the make and model of the faucet.

Not a Jayco, but I had a KZ Sportsmen TT and had a leaky kitchen faucet. Same basic design that is in my current Seismic. I was able to remove the handle with an allen wrench and then a collar that held the guts in. I replaced the cup and spring and resolve the leak myself. It was a generic part if I remember correctly as lots of faucets use the same cup and spring size. Readily available at HD, Lowes or your local hardware store.

I'm 73 and I don't disagree that there's a lot of stupid out there....I just don't think it's more than in the past. The only difference is that the population is double what it was in the 50's and we interact with more people outside our 'circle' than we did when we were younger. Birds of a feather and all that.

If you need to know the brand reach out to Jayco customer service. Sometimes they respond and sometimes not I think it depends on the inquiry load their dealing with.

They don't seem to know or don't want to share.
Thanks

I wouldn't be surprised if Jayco has used a dozen different faucet suppliers in any given year. Same with the light fixtures, towel bars, mirrors, etc. There is a statement in their literature that they reserve the right to substitute.

Yep. If it needs replaced, most any brand will work. If it needs repaired, it's probably not worth repairing and installing a new one would be a better option.

I replaced all three of my faucet assemblies with new RV grade (CHEAP) ones I found on Amazon. All three cost me less than $50. Kitchen, lavatory and shower.

Thanks much but none of this helps. My faucet works great. I just want to remove the gooseneck and go to a straight or slightly upward kitchen sink faucet spout.

The spout only, not the entire fixture.

If a total replacement is what I wanted to do I would just go to the supply house and use my plumbing license and get a replacement fixture. I'm a retired plumber now for 20 years.

I just want to change out the spout for a differint type. I need the brand.
They don't seem to know.

Cya and thanks.

I have only been talking to Jayco Corporate. They sent me to a dealership. The dealership had no idea.
So I'm wondering why send me to a dealership if Jayco Corporate oversees everything and the dealer only sells them.
Jayco should know but I'm pretty certain that this has to do with $ and only $.

Your time must be worth something. You are chasing a $5 with a $20. Quick trip to HD or Lowes, and half an hour later this would have been over with.

I think we’re missing a little information here. I gather you want to replace your kitchen faucet, but why? Is there a problem with it?… or could it be because it doesn’t perform and/or lacks features of the faucet in your home kitchen? Maybe some other reason?

On this forum, you don’t have to drive to anyone’s house for them to look at your faucet. By posting a picture (or pictures) of your faucet along with any other useful information, your faucet will be seen by more members than you could ever drive to, with helpful, concise answers to your question.
