Seismic 4212 fire place

Good evening all. Wanted to see if anyone's 4212 fire place has taken a crap on them yet? Mine just stopped working out of the blue a couple days ago. It was on, then it wasn't, and won't turn back on at all. So far I've: tripped/reset the 15amp breaker, tested the outlet that the fire place is plugged into (it's got power) so it acts as if there is no electricity. Neither the remote or the push buttons on the unit do anything....out of options at this point.

What brand and age is it.. ? I have a Dimplex and had a problem with mine. I called them directly and they sent me a part after I explained the trouble and offered to send a mobile tech to replace it.

Fortunately I know a little about things rv but have never opened one of these up. It was straightforward, swap out a module to repair it.

It's novel how thy make these things look like a real fire with light bulbs! Other than that, it's just a electric heater.
I had a brochure in my owners packet with the model and serial #. They want that right of the bat.
